Architectural Detailing, Specifications and Furnishings Consultation
Ficarra Design Associates' professional expertise includes the conceptualization, development and management
of all aspects of interior design. Working together with the architect and builder, Ficarra's design team will
provide sketches and CAD drawings of complex architectural details, including custom ceiling and wall treatments
and custom cabinetry and tile designs. The firm's consulting services include CAD generated furniture
placement layouts that ensure room sizes, hallway widths and closet and bath layouts meet the client's lifestyle
requirements. Ficarra will present and specify your approved flooring and lighting selections, plumbing
fixtures, interior and exterior paint selections, countertops and cabinetry, moldings, roof tiles, and pool
tile and pavers. Furnishings, fabrics, drapery treatments, bedding and accessories throughout your home will
be coordinated to ensure the color palette, textures and finishes work in harmony. Ficarra remains engaged in
each project throughout the construction process to provide job site management services that ensure your
approved design is executed properly on time and on budget.
Design and Planning Studio
Located conveniently on Tamiami Trail North in Naples, the Ficarra Design Center includes a studio offering a
comprehensive library and sample vignettes of fabrics and finishes for your consideration. This venue provides
a relaxed setting for us to work with you to review, discuss and finalize choices that will ultimately bring a
distinctive energy and elegance to your design project. Materials ranging from classic traditional to
contemporary are available. This attention to thoughtful, considered planning is a Ficarra Design Associates
hallmark and indicative of its studied approach to client focused design.
